stamped {foot} prints – craft room

I {heart} my new framelit “display”. You  may have been seeing something similar in the internet world – using magnet sheets in a frame to hold your framelits. The idea is nothing short of brilliant! Instead of magnet sheets, I used magnetic tape. It comes in a roll, just like scotch tape and I bought mine at Rona. Elaine, a friend and customer, told me about it. She had a different use for it but I thought it was perfect to put against my self walls. It is sturdy enough to hold my framelits and is also easily removed if I change my mind about my room – which I tend to do alot :) I did give it a good scrape down with a gift/credit card to make sure it stuck. So, by the time I finished, it dawned on me, I could of used magnetic paint! Even better idea, but then, you’d have to be really committed to the space allocation – which I never am. So in the end, the magnetic tape worked for me. What do you think? The visual really gets my creative mojo going and I am using them so much more.

The embossing folders ‘stand’ is a napkin holder. This idea was given to us by none other than the fantabulous Shelli Gardner – Stampin’ Up!’s CEO and co-founder. An amazing woman.
